Investing in real estate has grown significantly and is now an important investment option.  Stable returns with calculable risk mean institutions and private investors are showing an increasing preference for this investment category.

The range of services offered by H&B provide two types of transaction expertise:
  • Sale of Investment Properties
In recent years, H&B has been able to increase its transaction volume significantly in the area of investment property sales. H&B assesses, on behalf of the client, the specific circumstances for each sale and looks for a suitable buyer.
  • Real Estate Procurement (Sourcing)
Based on the specific investment criteria of each investor, H&B looks for suitable properties to purchase. Since 2011, H&B has become increasingly active in this area and has already achieved many successful purchases for our clients.

Structured processes
In the sale of investment properties, the first phase is careful sales preparation. The property and market situation is analysed, price expectations assessed and the strategy defined.
In the second phase, the sale is carried out.

In real estate procurement (sourcing), the preferred features of the properties sought are defined in advance. Using the purchase profile, active marketing is conducted, based in particular on the direct approach to potential sellers. In the event of suitable properties being found, due diligence is performed.

Comprehensive reports containing all the relevant information ensure continued transparency to the client.
